HB 1574 -- Election Offenses

This bill makes the use of a cellular phone or other wireless
device to transmit ballot contents to unauthorized persons a
class three election offense and makes a voter's use of a
cellular phone or other wireless device in the polling place to
give or receive voting information a class four election offense.
