HB 1607 -- Nuisance Abatement

Currently, the governing body of a first classification county
may enact an ordinance to provide for the abatement of a
situation on any lot or land which may endanger public health or
safety and is declared to be a public nuisance.  This bill adds
overgrown or noxious weeds in residential subdivisions or
districts to the conditions for which an ordinance for abatement
may be enacted.
