HB 1618 -- Assault of a Security Officer

This bill adds security officer to the crimes of assault of a law
enforcement officer or emergency personnel in the first, second,
or third degree.  The bill defines "security officer" as a person
wearing a distinctive uniform or badge indicating employment as a
security officer.
