HB 1652 -- Solid Waste Management

This bill changes the laws regarding the allocation of moneys
deposited into the Solid Waste Management Fund each fiscal year.
At least 60% of the moneys will be allocated through grants to
solid waste management districts to any county, city, person, or
entity within the district for the waste reduction or recycling
purposes of Sections 260.255 - 260.345, RSMo.  Each district will
receive a minimum of $75,000.
