HB 1670 -- Lifetime Hunting and Fishing Licenses

This bill entitles all military personnel who served in Iraq
during Operation Iraqi Freedom or any war veteran who is a
Missouri resident to receive free lifetime hunting and fishing
licenses from the Department of Conservation.
