HB 1677 -- Child Custody

This bill prohibits state agencies or child placing agencies from
placing a child, either permanently or temporarily, with any
person who is involved in a sexual relationship with another
person but is not married to that person or with any person who
asserts a marital relationship to another person to whom the
person is not lawfully married under the laws of the State of
Missouri.  The state agency or child placing agency has a duty to
ask the person about the existence of such a relationship.
