HB 1714 -- All-Terrain Vehicles

This bill expands the definition of "all-terrain vehicle" to
include any motorized vehicle manufactured and used exclusively
for off-road use which is 84 inches or less in width, has four or
more wheels and/or tracks, transports persons or cargo, has a
steering wheel for control, and has a top-speed capability of 24
to 50 miles per hour.
