HB 1719 -- Motor Vehicle Emissions Inspection Program

This bill requires, on or before January 1, 2005, the Air
Conservation Commission to suspend the operation of any motor
vehicle emissions inspection program and institute a
decentralized emission inspection program based on current safety
inspection standards.
