HB 1723 -- School Zones

Sponsor:  Dixon

This bill allows municipalities and counties to establish school
zones with enhanced fines for speeding and moving violations.
The court will assess a $35 fine for a moving violation and $250
for a speeding violation in addition to any other fine imposed by
law.
