HB 1731 -- Child Support

Sponsor:  Muckler

Current law lists specific factors that must be considered by the
court in determining child support payments.  This bill adds to
the list whether a parent, because of the death of a biological
parent, has sole financial responsibility for children who are
not subject to the child support order.
