HB 1734 -- Publication of Legal Notices Sponsor: Munzlinger Under current law, a newspaper must be published regularly and continuously for a period of three years before it is qualified to publish public advertisements, orders of publication, and legal publications affecting the title to real estate. This bill states that when a county is served by only one newspaper that has been published regularly and continuously for two years and has met all other statutory requirements, the newspaper is qualified to publish these notices.
