HB 879 -- Historic Structure Rehabilitation Tax Credits

This bill expands eligible historic structures for purposes of
qualifying for historic structure rehabilitation tax credits.
Structures located within eligible historic districts that have
not yet been certified by the Department of Natural Resources
would qualify for the tax credits.
