HB 888 -- Alternative Education

Sponsor:  Bland

This bill requires school districts to provide an alternative
education program in order to be eligible for the continuation of
state aid after July 1, 2005.  With Fiscal Year 2005, 1% of the
appropriation for the state aid formula, exclusive of categorical
aid, will be distributed to fund these programs.
