HB 922 -- Reinstatement of Licenses

Sponsor:  Bland

This bill allows a person attempting to reinstate his or her
privilege to operate a motor vehicle to submit required
reinstatement fees and forms to any permanent branch office or
any full-time or temporary office maintained by the Department of
Revenue.  The provisions of the bill will take effect on July 1,
2005.
