HB 928 -- Intermediate Driver's Licenses

This bill requires that if an intermediate driver's license
expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or legal holiday, the license will
remain valid for five business days immediately following the
expiration date.  No person will be guilty of an offense of
driving with an expired license if an offense occurs within this
five-day period.
