HB 931 -- DNA Profiling System

Sponsor:  Bivins

This bill expands the scope of DNA collection to include adults
convicted of any felony offense and any juveniles adjudicated for
those crimes.  Current law requires DNA to be collected only from
adults charged with violent felony offenses under Chapter 565,
RSMo, or sexual offenses under Chapter 566.
