HJR 44 -- School District Bond Elections

This proposed constitutional amendment permits voters to approve
school district bond issues with a simple majority if the
election is held on a general election day or a general municipal
election day.  Currently, the size of the supermajority varies by
election date from two-thirds to four-sevenths.
