HJR 57 -- Physical and Mental Health of Children

Sponsor:  Sager

This proposed constitutional amendment prohibits the General
Assembly, without a two-thirds majority in both chambers, from
reducing coverage for children or increasing the proportionate
share paid by families under Medicaid or the Children's Health
Insurance Program from the levels in effect on January 1, 2004.
