AN ACT

To amend chapter 374, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to the national conference of insurance legislators.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:

            Section A. Chapter 374, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 374.135, to read as follows:

            374.135. The department of insurance shall pay Missouri's annual dues for membership in the National Conference of Insurance Legislators.
