This bill designates a portion of State Highway M, within the city limits of Irondale, in Washington County as the "Highway Patrolman Robert Kolilis Memorial Highway." FISCAL NOTE: No impact on state funds in FY 2006, FY 2007, and FY 2008. PROPONENTS: Supporters say that the bill will be a fitting tribute to a person who gave his life trying to protect us.
