HB 109 -- Patient Referrals

This bill requires physicians who have a financial interest in
entities providing physical therapy services to provide a written
disclosure of that fact to their patients and inform them that
they may obtain a prescription for physical therapy services
elsewhere.  All disclosures must be signed by the patient and
kept as part of their medical record.
