HB 111 -- Tax Deduction for Military Retirement Benefits

This bill authorizes an individual income tax deduction for all
tax years beginning on or after January 1, 2005, for any amount
of military retirement benefits received by a taxpayer that has
not already been deducted or excluded.  The current limited
deduction for military retirement benefits in lieu of the full
deduction is removed.
