HB 124 -- Children Riding on Motorcycles

This bill establishes minimum guidelines for allowing a child to
ride as a passenger on a motorcycle.  A child must be at least
eight years old, four feet six inches in height, and 65 pounds in
weight.

Any person convicted of transporting a child on a motorcycle in
violation of this requirement will be guilty of a class C
misdemeanor.
