HB 137 -- Guardianship of Minors

Sponsor:  Portwood

This bill specifies that unless there is clear and convincing
evidence to the contrary, it is in the best interests of a minor
to terminate a guardianship granted to someone other than a
parent if a parent is fit, suitable, and able to assume the
duties of the minor's guardian.
