HB 170 -- County Special Road and Bridge Tax

Sponsor:  Tilley

This bill requires St. Francois County to spend at least 25% of
the special road and bridge tax levied upon property within any
city, town, or village in the county for the repair and
improvement of existing streets and bridges within the city,
town, or village from which the money accrued.
