HB 173 -- Classroom Trust Fund

Beginning with Fiscal Year 2007, any growth in the Gaming
Proceeds for Education Fund above the level of Fiscal Year 2006
will be transferred to the Classroom Trust Fund.  These funds
will be distributed on a per-pupil basis for school construction,
teacher recruitment and retention, technology enhancements, and
school safety.
