HB 221 -- Tax Deduction for Military Retirement Benefits

Sponsor:  Moore

This bill authorizes an individual income tax deduction for all
tax years beginning on or after January 1, 2006, for any amount
of military retirement benefits received by a taxpayer.  The
current limited deduction for military retirement benefits in
lieu of the full deduction is removed.
