HB 241 -- Motor Vehicle Registration

This bill allows the Director of the Department of Revenue, at
the time of registration, to access insurance information
submitted by insurance companies to determine that the owner has
complied with the financial responsibility requirement.  The
department is also allowed to verify completion of a successful
emissions inspection by electronic means.
