HB 281 -- Public Water Systems

Sponsor:  Pollock

Currently, public water systems must report the results of all
tests, required by state drinking water regulations, to the
Department of Natural Resources and to each customer in
accordance with the federal Safe Drinking Water Act.  This bill
prohibits the department from requiring the report to be mailed
or directly delivered to customers.
