HB 301 -- Fire Protection Districts

Currently, employees of fire protection and ambulance districts
are prohibited from serving on any fire protection or ambulance
district board.  This bill allows employees of fire protection or
ambulance districts who reside in other fire protection or
ambulance districts to serve as members of the boards of the
other districts.
