HB 306 -- Sales Tax Exemption for Aviation Jet Fuel

Sponsor:  Dempsey

This bill extends the expiration of the aviation jet fuel sales
and use tax exemption to December 31, 2010.  Also, the exemption
for common carriers engaged in interstate air transportation of
persons and cargo of tangible personal property is extended to
December 31, 2010.
