HB 326 -- Preferences on State Bidding Contracts

This bill changes the bidding preference bonus points from five
to 25 on bids for products and services manufactured, produced,
or assembled by the blind or in sheltered workshops when the work
generates more than $5,000 annually for the participating
nonprofit organization.  The nonprofit organization will also be
considered a minority business for purposes of state purchasing.
