HB 331 -- Underage Drinking

This bill makes it a crime for a person under the age of 21 to be
under the influence of an intoxicating liquor, a class A
misdemeanor.  Currently, persons under 21 are prohibited from
possessing, purchasing, or attempting to purchase intoxicating
liquor, but not being under the influence.
