HB 338 -- Telecommunications Regulation

Currently, a small incumbent local exchange telecommunications
company may elect to be regulated upon written notice to the
Missouri Public Service Commission if an alternative company has
been certified to provide or is providing basic local
telecommunications service.  This bill allows a small incumbent
company to also elect to be regulated if two or more commercial
mobile service providers offer wireless two-way voice
communications services.
