HB 340 -- Assault of a Security Officer

This bill adds security officer to the list of occupations
included in the crimes of assault of a law enforcement officer or
emergency personnel in the first, second, or third degree.
"Security officer" is defined as a person wearing a distinctive
uniform or badge indicating employment as a security officer.
