HB 354 -- Unlawful Use of a Weapon

This bill clarifies that possession of a weapon while intoxicated
includes the possession of a projectile weapon.  A projectile
weapon is any weapon that is not a firearm, which is capable of
expelling a projectile that could inflict serious physical injury
or death by striking or piercing a person.
