HB 357 -- Crime Victims' Compensation Fund

Currently, upon entering a conviction for a misdemeanor, the
court must also enter a judgment of $10 against the defendant,
payable to the Crime Victims' Compensation Fund.  This bill
exempts from the judgments any misdemeanor convictions involving
motor carrier regulation, pursuant to Chapter 390, RSMo, or motor
vehicle licensing and registration, pursuant to Chapter 301.
