HB 378 -- Out-of-District School Tuition

This bill changes the options for a K-8 school district student's
out-of-district tuition.  Currently, the K-8 district is
responsible for paying the out-of-district tuition to any of the
neighboring school districts that a student selects.  The bill
makes the K-8 district responsible for paying the lowest
out-of-district rate and the parent or guardian responsible for
paying the difference for a district with a higher rate.
