HB 403 -- Life Insurance for Missouri National Guardsmen

This bill requires the state to provide full-time, active duty
Missouri National Guard personnel with a $250,000 term life
insurance death benefit.  The benefit must be in force for the
entire time the soldier is called to full-time, active duty.
