HB 425 -- Issuance of Securities

Currently, an investment firm, legal firm offering bond counsel
services, or persons having interest in these firms are
prohibited from being involved with the issuance of bonds
authorized by an election if the person or firm made
contributions to any campaign in support of the bond election.
This bill repeals this provision.
