HB 451 -- Highway Designations

This bill requires that highway signs on State Highway 13,
Interstate 44, U. S. Highway 60, U. S. Highway 65, and U. S.
Highway 160 entering Green County contain the message:  "Welcome
to Greene County--Home of Governor Matt Blunt."
