HB 492 -- Water and Sewer Systems Regulation

This bill repeals the statutes creating the Upper White River
Basin Watershed Improvement District and removes the requirement
that any person installing on-site sewer disposal systems be
registered by the Department of Health and Senior Services.  The
department is required to receive a complaint before determining
whether a water and sewer system violation has occurred.
