HB 501 -- Property Tax Assessment of Livestock Auctions

Sponsor:  Pratt

This bill adds livestock auctions, including land and
improvements devoted to livestock auction use, to the definition
of "agricultural and horticultural property" as it applies to
property tax assessments.
