HB 526 -- Involuntary Manslaughter

This bill makes involuntary manslaughter a class A felony when a
person negligently causes the death of another person as a result
of:

(1)  Driving with a blood alcohol level of .12 or more; or

(2)  The person's vehicle leaving a highway or its right-of-way.
