HB 561 -- St. Louis City Park Rangers

This bill requires park rangers in the City of St. Louis to
complete peace officer basic training, park ranger basic
training, and any other program or training required by the
city's director of parks, recreation, and forestry.  Upon
completion, park rangers will have limited arrest powers in
city-owned parks and other lands under the director's
jurisdiction.  Park rangers must be armed while on duty and
comply with the racial profile reporting law.
