HB 622 -- Premium Rates for Medical Malpractice Insurance

This bill requires all insurers providing medical malpractice
insurance to health care providers in third and fourth
classification counties to establish premium rates based on the
claims history in these counties.  These rates can be adjusted
for insurers who do not provide services exclusively to these
counties.
