HB 641 -- Driving While Intoxicated

This bill requires police reports of alcohol-related traffic
offenses to be certified, rather than verified, when sent to the
Department of Revenue.  The department is allowed to notify a
person by first-class mail regarding the outcome of a license
suspension or a revocation hearing.  Currently, the department
must notify a person by certified mail.
