HB 651 -- Professional Fund Raisers

This bill requires professional fund raisers soliciting funds on
behalf of charitable organizations to maintain records of
contributors, employees, contributions, expenses, and financial
institution accounts for a period of three years.  These records
are subject to reasonable examination by the Secretary of State.
