HB 699 -- Income Tax Deduction for Military Combat Pay

Sponsor:  Avery

This bill authorizes an individual income tax deduction for
income received for military service in a combat zone, as defined
in the bill, as long as the income is included in the
individual's federal adjusted gross income.  The deduction will
apply to all taxable years beginning on or after January 1, 2005.
