HB 737 -- Counties with Township Organization

This bill consolidates the responsibilities of the collector and
the treasurer in counties with a township form of organization.
The positions of collector and treasurer are combined into the
elected position of collector-treasurer.  All laws and
requirements applicable to the collector and the treasurer will
be applicable to the collector-treasurer.  The change will take
effect March 1, 2007.
